Nadia here! Luke is the expert in all carpet cleaning and care whereas I manage the operations side of things. I handle the phone calls, email replies, finances and all the paperwork that comes with running a small business!
5 things I do to ease your booking worries:
1.Email and text confirmation
Once you have booked with us, be it by chatting with me on the phone or through our booking online system, you can rest assured I will not lose your confirmation details.
In our email and text confirmation, you will get the following from me:
Your date, day and arrival window time ( this is important as sometimes either one of us may get the day and date mixed up!)
An article on how to get ready for us (so all your questions you had will hopefully be answered here)
What you have booked for
How long your carpet cleaning will take
Videos of the type of carpet cleaning you booked for
Information on how to get in touch with us
This will give you a peace of mind that we do not miss out on any important details.
2. Email and Text Reminders
The day of your carpet cleaning appointment is approaching. We know sometimes we can easily forget that you had one booked in especially if it was a few weeks ago!
In our email and text reminder, you will get the following from me:
You address, date, day and arrival window time
A note to let you know I will give you a half an hour notice when Luke anticipate to arrive
A reminder which carpet cleaning packages and number of rooms you have booked for
The same article on how to get ready for us , in case you didn’t get a chance to read it and watch our video, at booking time
A summary of the article and video
Signing it off with hopes you and your family are looking forward to fresh clean carpet and a healthy home!
3. A text or call half an hour before Luke is due to arrive
How often have you waited around for a tradesman to turn up or wondering if you could nip down the store before they arrive?
Or worse, they are waiting for you outside your home because you thought they were meant to arrive hours later?
It has happened to us numerous times and we can relate the frustration!
So may this text reminder or even a call if preferred, will give you the confidence that Luke will turn up on time, every time!
4. Your detailed paid invoice sent to you
Most of the time, you will get sent your detailed paid invoice by the end of the day. In here you will get the following information:
What methods and process we did
Some information that Luke might pick up ie: Where the pet urine stains were or any particular stain spots that has been set permanent
Important information that you do not place any wooden or metal items on the areas that were recently cleaned for at least 12 hours.
A link to your invoice
A pdf of your invoice if it was sent via email as well
We also will send a link for our Google and Facebook page for your wonderful feedback. Reviews mean a lot to us and you taking the time to review us means the world to us.
Should there be anything you are not happy with Luke’s work, please get in touch with us directly as we are always happy to resolve the issue when we can.
5. 6 to 12 month reminder for your next carpet cleaning
Many of our customers opt to have a reminder sent to them via email and text. This is no obligation to book with us and it just gives you a moment to have a quick look around to see if it does require a maintenance clean.
Have a read on this link for our recommendation on how often you should clean your carpet. It’s based on how many occupants (fur babies included!) lives in your household.
It is important we make sure our customers, new or regulars, get the same premium treatment when you book with us. It makes sure nothing important is missed out and we don’t turn up on the wrong day or even home!
