How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

Between 2-4 hours however it does depend on the weather just like when you hang out your washing to dry. On a warm windy day the carpet will dry very fast. A cold or humid day will take longer for the carpet to dry.

Once your carpet has been cleaned it will be almost dry to the touch and in many cases, completely dry in 2-4 hours. We use top of the range equipment worth $50,000 to make sure your carpet dries as quickly as possible.

Why are you more expensive than others who advertise a lot cheaper?

A service is different from a product , you generally get what you pay for. Your carpet will be cleaned with the most modern methods of carpet cleaning. We use a high powered truckmount (pictured below) that deep cleans your carpet and leaves your carpet dry fast so you can get on with your day.

How often do you clean your carpet? Usually once per year, so why not spend a little more to get it done right.

Do you steam clean or dry clean my carpet?

Your carpet will be steam cleaned which provides the deepest clean of your carpet. The machine heats the water to over 100℃ which destroy all dust mites leaving you with a healthy, fresh, clean and soft carpet.

Do you move furniture?

We can help move some items such as dining chairs, small tables, and beds on wheels so we can clean all the way underneath them. There is no need to move your heavy furniture like beds, couches or TV cabinets as we can simply work around them.

If you would like us to clean underneath furniture, we can only do so if it's moved off the carpet prior to us arriving. (Please keep in mind you may need to wait 12 hours before placing it back)

Due to OHS regulations, we are unable to move any items heavier than 5kg.

How often should I clean my carpet?

Do you clean wool carpet?

We certainly do. We only use wool safe approved carpet cleaning solutions. Wool is a delicate fibre and it needs to be cleaned with care. To much heat or agitation can damage the fibre.

Can my carpet be walked on straight away?

Straight away. As soon as we finish cleaning your carpet you can walk on the carpet straight away. I always give our customers disposable shoe covers. Just slip them over your shoes or socks and you can walk on the carpet. Customers always laugh saying I’m not going into the hospital for surgery today.

The shoe covers can be slippery so be careful when you walk from the carpet to a hard surface. And please don’t walk outside with your shoe covers on and then walk back on the carpet. You would be shocked how many times this has happened over the years.
