Are you sick and tired of tradesmen who never turn up on time?
We have all been there, waiting all day for a tradesmen to turn up and they never show. It’s incredibly frustrating! Your time is so important and who has the time and patience to wait all day for a tradesman to not show up. And don’t get me started on time frames. I have rarely come across a tradesman who gives an exact time of arrival or a reasonable time window eg. 10-11am.
It always seems to be between 9am- 5pm. Some companies will give you 1 hours notice before arriving but through my experience many forget. Last week I ordered a fridge.
The courier company said, “we will call you 1 hour before arriving”. So I left home that day to do some grocery shopping and as expected the moment I was loading my trolley they called. “Hi there , we are out the front of your home’. I had to drop everything and rush home otherwise they said they would have to come back next week!
This is incredibly inconvenient.
I understand your frustrations. When I first started Fresh Zest Carpet Care 12 years ago the most common compliment I would hear was “ Luke you are always right on time’ Back then I thought it was just the norm , maybe it was my naivety being 25 yrs old.
